The project plan is done!

This is a message from the future!

I’m happy to see that our goals have been reached. We’ve got our work published on the frontpage of Motionographer.com and we’ve got a lot of attention on other blogs as well during the last few weeks. Hooray to us!

We’ve also got a lot of attention from the industry and all of us have been headhunted for internship. Oh! I forgot to mention that we won the pitch and our ideas will be made for real. How cool is that? Soon there will be peace on earth!

See ya later! I’m off to drink some Cafe Latte at a fancy café with the rest of the gang!

What’s good in our group and what do we need to work more on?

Good things!

Small teambuilding activities we do outside of school.
We’re open to peoples needs and flexible with our time.
Portfolio day! It’s really appreciated by everyone in the group and boosts the energy.
Good idea development process.
Good synergy. We feel connected.

Things to work with

Check in, check up up and check out.
Focus – take more breaks, don’t break the flow, go out for a walk, energizers, do whatever you need to do before working.
Structure - define the roles, make a schedule, put up goals day by day during check in, stick to the goals!

Expectation on ourselves

Carolin: I want to put down a lot of effort on what we're doing and also I'd like to learn new stuff and be a good teamplayer.
Steffen: I wanna do something that I'm good at and develop at the same time. I want to work more with Cinema 4D.
Fredrik: I want to do something that I like and not only do stuff because it's needed.
Johannes: I'm gonna do my best and I want learn more motion.

Expectations on the group members

Steffen: I want everyone to do his or her best and remais positive throughout the project. I Also hope that everyone is open and tell the group if they need to go home or rest or whatever.
Johannes: I want everybody to be open, if there's something that needs to be said, just say it. Everybody should do their best and be open for new stuff. Be open for new ideas and don't get stuck.
Fredrik: I want everyone to do their best and that everyone support each other mentally and that everyone is open with their thoughts and feelings.
Carolin: I want everyone to be supportive and helpful and also to be open and ambitious.

Expectations on the module

Steffen: By the end of the module I want something relevant and great to put in my portfolio and share with the world.
Johannes: To have something to be proud of and put in my portfolio. Also that our idea has a "wow-effect" on people. Also I want to learn new stuff.
Fredrik: I would like to be really proud of what we've done and I would like it to get on motiongrapher.com. Basically I want something that I can show off.
Carolin: I want to make something that is really cool and that I can be proud of and put in my portfolio. Also I would like to learn a lot of new things and get some publicity from the business. But most of all I would like to have FUN.
